Health Data (HealthKit)

LAMO Fit uses Apple's HealthKit framework to access your heart rate data. Specifically:

• What we access: Heart rate data from your Apple Watch or other HealthKit-compatible devices
• How we use it: We display your heart rate during workouts to help you monitor your exercise intensity
• What we DON'T do:
  • We do NOT write any data to HealthKit
  • We do NOT store your heart rate data in our app
  • We do NOT share your health data with any third parties
  • We do NOT transmit your health data to any servers

Workout Data

LAMO Fit stores the following data locally on your device:

• Workout templates you create
• Exercise lists and configurations
• Activity log entries (completed workouts)
• Notes you add to workouts
• Emoji feedback you provide after workouts

Data Storage

All data created in LAMO Fit is stored locally on your iOS device. We do not use any cloud services, servers, or third-party data storage solutions. Your data remains on your device and is only accessible to you.

Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or transmit any of your data to third parties. Your workout data and health information remain private and local to your device.

HealthKit Permissions

LAMO Fit requests permission to read your heart rate data from HealthKit. This permission is optional - you can use the app without granting HealthKit access. If you grant permission, you can revoke it at any time through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → LAMO Fit.

Children's Privacy

LAMO Fit is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
